Austin PC Doctor offers a full line of computer services anytime day or night, for no additional fees or charges*.  Please call or email to schedule an appointment.  Austin PC Doctor bills on a per hour basis with a minimum of one hour, and pro-rated after the first hour.  See chart below for hourly rates.  If you have needs that are not described below, please contact Austin PC Doctor so that we may discuss your issues.

*No additional fees or charges for customers within Austin or Buda city limits. Outside these limits add $20/per visit fee.

Wireless Home Networks:

Are you tired of being tied to your internet by wires?  If so, it is time for you to invest in a wireless home network.  Browse the web, print, listen to music or watch movies anywhere with in range of your wireless router.  Austin PC Doctor will setup a secured wireless network on as many computers as you would like.  If you have any questions about what you will need to buy or if you would like us to purchase everything you need and install it, please feel free to contact us and chat! On average, it takes two hours to set up a wireless home network on two computers.

Build A System:

Austin PC Doctor will build a system from the ground up.  Just provide your system requirements or let us know what you will use the system for and we will give you a quote.  All systems hardware will be warranted by the Manufacturer's warranty.  Austin PC Doctor will support the system for one year from date of purchase.  An extended warranty is available upon request.  Austin PC Doctor can build systems that are faster and more powerful than the  leading manufacturers for less.  When you need support for your system, you will not be directed to someone in a foreign country that you can barely understand.  You will speak directly to an associate of Austin PC Doctor and if we can not solve your problem over the phone we will schedule and appointment to come and take a look.

System Maintenance:

Is your system running slow?  Do you continually receive error messages that will not go away? Your system may be overloaded with spy-ware and viruses.  Let Austin PC Doctor cure it!  Typically all of these problems can be solved in an hour or two, and since Austin PC Doctor charges on a per hour basis we are a lot cheaper than others who offer the same services.  Do you keep all your digital pictures and valuable data on your PC?  If so, do you do routine backups of this data?  If not, you should.  Hard drives fail and data will be lost, let Austin PC Doctor show you how to back up your data safely and securely.

Remote Maintenance:

Modern technology has made it possible for Austin PC Doctor to log into your computer safely and securely from a remote location.  While at your computer console Austin PC Doctor can control your system as you watch what we do.  This service is great because you can actually see how we go about solving your problems so that next time you may be able to solve the issue with out our help.  This service is available to clients running the XP operating system.  Payment for this service must be maid via Pay Pal.  This service may require a one time visit in order to set your system up for this service.
